FoodO’sweet sweet honeydew May 11, 2014 Earthly Moments As we tumble into the summer days, here’s a breezy and light starter (or dessert) to beat the heat and stay refreshed. Ingredients: honeydew, yogurt, brown sugar Tools: cutting board, knife, melon ball spoon (or regular spoon), cookie cutter Steps: 1. Slice the honeydew in half, clear out the seeds 2. Use the spoon to scoop out small melon balls, set aside 3. Cut the remaining honeydew into 1/4 inch slices 4. Laying each slice flat on the cutting board, use the cookie cutter to cut out flowers (or any other desired shape) 5. Plate the melon balls and flowers, then drip a spoonful of yogurt atop 6.
